Exhibition Terms & Conditions

Booking conditions

Payment should be made 3 months before the payment deadline indicated on the website. Payments received after the event will be subject to a late payment fee of 8% of the outstanding amount per week of delay.

Booking procedure

A confirmation email and an invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge, provided that all the required delegate’s details are provided to us no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the start of the exhibition. Your confirmation of booking, either by electronic means or over the telephone, constitutes a legal and binding agreement between you and Levant Education Group and by entering into this agreement you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation procedure

Cancellations must be received in writing not less than thirty (30) days prior to the event (10 days ), you will then receive a full refund. In the event that Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Selangor cancels or postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive either a refund with proper email communicatin or you may use this credit for another Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Pendidikan Selangor UK-Malaysia education exhibition event, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation or postponement. Unfortunately no credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made less that 30 days prior to the event (10 days ), due to venue and marketing costs we incur. Non-payment or non-attendance for any reason, does not constitute cancellation.

Advance Registrations still allow.

Accommodation and travel

The booking fee does not include accommodation or travel costs; these are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Pendidikan Selangor will pass on any group discounts procured from event hotels. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue. The Company will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply. VISAS should be secured by the exhibitor as appropriate. Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Pendidikan Selangor does not offer a visa application service but can assist whenever possible, and can recommend visa service companies. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to secure a visa in time for an event. In case of failure to secure a visa in time, Levant Education can provide exhibition personnel to manage a stand and provide enquiries from the event.

Liability limitation

Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Pendidikan Selangor shall be under no liability if it shall be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason beyond their control including Act of God, legislation, war, terrorist activity, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock-out, strike or other action taken by individuals or groups in contemplation or furtherance of a dispute or owing to any liability to procure materials for the performance of the contract. Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Pendidikan Selangor will not be held responsible for damage or loss to the client’s property and/or equipment, which occurs as a result of attending any of our events.

Brochures / Materials

Pertubuhan Institut Pembangunan Kemahiran Pendidikan Selangor recommends courier companies for efficient delivery of materials. We are not responsible for the delivery of materials, and any concerns regarding deliveries should be taken up with the courier company concerned. Ensuring materials arrive to Levant Education Group events is the exhibitors responsibility.

Confidentiality clause

The contents of Registration Agreements are strictly private and confidential.

  3. Studio logos on x6 TV around venue.
  4. Live feed on TVS around venue.
  5. Prime location.
  6. Shout outs on stage by acts & Bands.
